Pinot Noir has some weight behind it and is excellent with some meat dishes, especially if it is a winter dish with heartier accompaniments like mushrooms. Pinot Noir is also great with salmon. That is of particular interest to us as we live in the Northwest.

 

Of course the other perfect pairing is our Grapevine Set designer flatware. This will also go perfectly with the Pinot Noir.
