Riesling tends to be a sweet wine which makes it a very good wine to pair with spicier foods. The three recipes I have shared below include one from Thailand and one from India. We never really were happy with the wine we served with those Asian foods until we stumbled upon a Riesling. Next time your have either Indian or Thai food, give a sweet Riesling a try. You will probably be as pleased as we were.

Of course the other perfect pairing is our Grapevine Set designer flatware. This will go perfectly with the Riesling as well.
